1. No order of Government regarding title to lands in any of the non
regulation districts shall be questioned in any Court of law on ground of inconsistency with this Act. 2, 3. Governor of Bombay may appoint in recited districts an Inam Commissioner with assistants : who (3) shall discharge their duties according to rules in Schedule to this Act.
