41. Acts of Taluqdari Settlement
officer valid.—Nothing heretofore done by any Taluqdari Settlement-officer shall be deemed to be or to have been invalid by reason only of his not having been duly appointed,
(a)
under section 1 of the said Bombay Act No. VI of 1862, to manage any estates with respect to which a declaration has been made under the said section, or
(b)
, to be a manager under the said Act No. XV of 1871, or
(c)
, to be an Assistant to the respective Collectors of Ahmedabad, Kaira and Broach.
