87. Penalty for refusing to answer or produce document

87. [Penalty for] refusing to answer or produce document.—If any witness before the Small Cause Court refuses to answer such questions as are put to him, or to produce any document in his possession or power which [he shall be liable to penalty as may be imposed by the adjudicating officer].
