18. The Pro-Chancellor
18. The Pro-Chancellor. —[(1) The Pro-Chancellor shall be elected by the Court in such manner and for such term as may be prescribed by the Statutes.]
(2)
The Pro-Chancellor shall, in the absence of the Chancellor, preside over the convocations of the University held for conferring degrees.
