Section 14APenalty for contravention of sections 8C and 8E

[14A. Penalty for Contravention of section 8C or 8E.––If any person contravenes the provisions of section 8C or 8E of this Act or regulations made thereunder or any notification relating to silk-worm seed, he shall be liable to penalty of not less than twenty-five thousand rupees but may extend to one lakh rupees, and in addition to such penalty, the competent authority may suspend or cancel the registration granted for the production of silk-worm seeds.]
