3F. Special grant by Central Government
[3F. Special grant by Central Government.---The Central Government shall, after due appropriation made by Parliament by law in this behalf, pay such further sums as may be determined by it into the [Pension Fund] to meet all the expenses in connection with the administration of the [Coal Mines Pension] Scheme other than the expenses towards the cost of any benefits provided by or under the said Scheme.]
