121. Grants, how far transferable
(1)
Except as otherwise provided in sub-section (2), no grantee shall transfer by sale, mortgage, gift or otherwise his interest in a grant which is liable to resumption under the provisions of this Act.
(2)
No grantee shall let the whole or any portion of his holding for a term exceeding three years, or within three years of any portion of such holding being held by a sub-tenant.
