8B. Advances for purchase of conveyance
[8B. Advances for purchase of conveyance.—There may be paid to a member by way of repayable advance such sum of money not exceeding [four lakh rupees] as may be determined by rules made in this behalf under section 9 for the purchase of a conveyance.]
