135. Definitions
For the purposes of this Chapter,—
(a)
"ceiling limit", in relation to land, means the limit fixed under section 136;
(b)
"family", in relation to a person, means the person, the wife or husband, as the case may be, and the dependent children and grandchildren, of such person;
(c)
"land" does not include land used for non-agricultural purposes.
