Section 17General Fund

all sums received by the Central Warehousing Corporation other than those referred to in sub-section (1) of section 16; and

such grants and loans as the Central Government may make for the purposes of the General Fund.

for meeting the salary, allowances and other remuneration of the officers and other employees of the Central Warehousing Corporation;

for meeting the other administrative expenses of the Corporation; and

for carrying out the purposes of this Act:

[Provided that the General Fund shall not be applied for meeting the expenses referred to in clause (c) or clause (d) of sub-section (2) of section 16.]
