82. Definition of "patented articles" and "patentee"

82. Definition of "patented articles" and "patentee".—In this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires,—

(a)

"patented article" includes any article made by a patented process; and

(b)

"patentee" includes an exclusive licensee.
