14A. Power of Authority to collect policy information
14A. Power of Authority to collect policy information.---The Authority may, for the purpose of efficient discharge of its functions and to regulate and develop the insurance business---
(a)
collect in such manner as it may think fit, information relating to policies and claims from any insurer or other regulated entities; and
(b)
furnish such information to any insurer or other regulated entities in accordance with the provisions of section 14C.
