14E. Power to authorize
[14E. Power to authorise.---The Authority may, for the efficient discharge of its functions under sections 14A to 14D, by a general or special order in writing, authorise any entity regulated by it or any other statutory body having similar objectives to perform such functions as specified in the said order.]
