63. Detention of mechanically propelled inland vessel
The State Government may appoint or authorise any officer under this Chapter, for the purpose of detaining any mechanically propelled inland vessel in connection with a claim, [or an offence or a contravention under this Chapter], and the procedure thereof shall be such as may be prescribed by that Government.
