56. Penalty for wilful failure to comply with orders of Dispute Resolution Committee
Any person who wilfully fails to comply with any order of the Dispute Resolution Committee against which no appeal has been preferred, shall be liable to a penalty which may extend to one lakh rupees, and in addition, penalty which may extend to one thousand rupees for every day during which such default continues.
