148. Recognition of certificates granted outside India
A valid certificate granted under a convention in respect of a vessel other than an Indian vessel by the Government of the State to which the vessel belongs, shall subject to such rules as the Central Government may make in this behalf, have the same effect in India as the corresponding certificates granted in respect of an Indian vessel.
