310. Obligations of ports under conventions and monitoring thereof by Director-General
(1)
The Director-General shall,---
(a)
ensure that the obligations under the conventions are discharged by the ports;
(b)
supervise, monitor and ensure that such obligations are effectively discharged by the ports.
(2)
The Director-General may call for such information and pass such directions as he may deem fit, for the discharge of obligations by the ports.
